Information about required environmental labels and affected vehicles

Annex I of the LEZ Regulatory Ordinance lists the vehicles with free access to the LEZ, as well as restrictions according to the two rings:

Vehicles with free access (no municipal authorization required)

They can enter, circulate, and park in both the inner and outer ring without prior procedures:

Important: these conditions may be temporarily restricted if the protocol for high pollution episodes is activated.

Exemptions

For vehicles with restricted access, as stipulated in Annex I of the ordinance, the following exemptions are considered within the regulation of the zones described in Annex I:

  1. Vehicles requiring municipal authorization for access, circulation, and parking.
  2. Vehicles requiring limited municipal authorization for access and circulation.
  3. Exceptionally authorized vehicles that do not require municipal authorization.

For each of these categories, the following table details the vehicles included in each one.

7. Public transport service vehicles.
8. Vehicles with foreign license plates.
9. Vehicles transporting dependent registered residents (not owned by the resident).
10. Vehicles linked to establishments or businesses.
11. Vehicles of property owners not registered in the LEZ area.

2. Vehicles of guests staying overnight in hotels or similar establishments.
3. Vehicles accessing vehicle maintenance and repair workshops.

3. Vehicles of customers of public underground car parks.
4. Vehicles adapted and approved to provide special services.
