How to Perform Loading and Unloading?

Parking System via Application

DUM (loading and unloading) spaces have sensors that detect in real time if they are occupied. If you are an authorized professional delivery or service vehicle, park within the permitted hours and register your operation in the DUM Oviedo app, indicating the space and your license plate when required by the system. The system verifies compliance with the regulations and, if the operation is not declared or the maximum permitted time according to signage or current ordinance is exceeded, an alert is sent to a supervisor for verification. When unloading is finished and the space is vacated, it is automatically released, helping to improve rotation and availability.

Three-step scheme:

  1. Park in a marked DUM space and within its schedule.
  2. Start/declare your operation in DUM Oviedo (space or group and license plate).
  3. Finish unloading and vacate the space; upon leaving, you do not need to do anything: the system releases it automatically.

You must be registered as an operator or authorized vehicle in the municipal system. The maximum times and applicable schedules are those shown on the signage of the area and in the ordinance.
